We are delighted to announce the completion of the sale process and so confirm that from today, Chemiplas is proudly part of the Azelis group of companies. In joining Azelis we now have access to their global network of partnerships, logistic expertise and technical innovations so we look forward to bringing these added strengths to our Customers and Principals.

There are no other changes to the business with all staff remaining in their current roles, so it is 'business as usual' for our staff, Customers and Principals
